Status of emergency fire service for 2800-2802 Sundown lane.
The 2802 side of the building status is as follows:
Demolition is completed and framing of the 4 units,
east of the corridor has begun. 2nd floor walls will
start early next week.
For the units west of the corridor plumbing, electrical,
HVAC and sprinkler systems are currently in progress.
Estimated completion date for 2802 is projected anywhere
from 9 months to 1 year, subject to favorable conditions,
meaning August 2009 would be the worst case scenario.
Contractor will provide a schedule in the near future.
* Note to all owners or owner’s representatives, depending
where your unit stands on completion will determine the date, the contractor will be contacting you once selections
are necessary. There will be no structural changes available.
* The choices that are offered are counter tops and vinyl.
If you are considering any upgrade on finishes you should
have a final list prepared along with any information on the product to give the contractor for consideration. NOTE: EACH OWNER SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE TIME INVOLVED
DEALING WITH 18 HOMEOWNERS, THE WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY WILL BE LIMITED. The HOA will not be responsible for any issues with these upgrades which includes warranty, or price differences. Each homeowner will be responsible for paying the contractor directly at time
of ordering. The Board has selected tile for the entry and fireplaces light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and basic aspen white interior paint.
